内热不用吃冰淇淋,冷饮
内热吃冰淇淋,冷饮效果只是一时,吃完还是热,而且伤肾。
可以喝菊花决明子泡水,特别适合熬夜的内热。绿豆汤,秋水梨,炒苦瓜,拌黄瓜等等。
